The Modified Point Count and Extended Linear Traverse system software is designed to be Windows ®.XP compatible. It may be, and probably is, compatible with Windows ®Vista but it has not been tested..

There is currently one demonstrator unit  (HMP-CLTSTAND, see below) with 8 hours of run time which is available for a 20% discount on a first come first serve basis

TERMS
Purchase orders, with net 30 terms, are acceptable from approved entities. Other terms an approvals may be negotiated. Visa and Master Card are also accepted

CONDITIONS
The CLT systems are now only going to be available in kit form, with the scope of the kit being up to the purchaser. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to assemble the components into a CLT system with the benefit of schematics, illustrations and instructions.

Responsibility for maintenance of the system and/or software also lies with the purchaser:

All mechanical and electronic assemblies and components carry the manufacturer's warranty and documentation, with the EXCEPTION of the keypad assembly. A schematic and a parts list with giving the manufacturer and distributor part numbers is provided for the keypad to aid in maintaining the keypad.

The software may only be purchased as a source code license. Visual Basic 6 is required to modify and compile the software in it's current form.

The purchaser is required to sign a Purchase Agreement for the hardware and a Warranty & License  Agreement for the software

Traditionally, microscopic inspection systems have used a manually transported stage and required manual transcription of points, voids and aggregates as well as computation of traverse length, void and aggregate sizes, and spacing between the lines of traverse before the traverse is run. The CLT utilizes a stepper motor driven stage for performing the aforementioned functions. It electronically records and measures, via the operator's key presses, air-void system parameters for both the Linear Traverse and Modified Point Count methods as well computation of traverse length, selection of aggregate sizes, and spacing between the lines of traverse before the traverse is run.
 

• 20 x20 x 5/8in anodized aluminum base
• Universal microscope boom column, with cross block and safety stop, that accepts standard microscope Bonder Mounts (5/8 in stud).
• 6" x 6" stage with rotary encoders and limit switches. Scanning speed is operator determined and is selectable between O and 15 mm per second ( 0.6 inches per second ). The incremental resolution of the staging system is 2.5 microns.
• 4 or 8 key keypad (4 for Linear Traverse, 8 for Modified Point Count)
